Stacie's Bridal Shower

Last Sunday afternoon we went to Stacie's Bridal Shower. Her favorite flower is daisies so the shower was all in yellow with lots of daisies. Everything was so pretty and the food was yummy. We all had a good time and Stacie got a lot of nice presents. It's hard to believe but August 11 will be here before we know it. I finally found a dress for the wedding so now the pressure is off!! Now if I can just find a pair of shoes.

Aaron was the only male member of the family that got to go to the shower. His Mommy doesn't get to go to very many places without him.

Stacie with her table of gifts. She had these presents open in record time!!
She loved the present from "Uncle Phil".
Jeff and Stacie are working hard on their house they bought. It is really coming along nicely. They have really done a lot of work on it. I will try to get some pictures and post them for everyone to see.

Papaw and Mamaw had Visitors

I meant to get these pictures uploaded sooner, but we have been a little busy. Kerri, Danny and Aaron got here on Wednesday and left this morning. When I got home from work tonight I saw Aaron's little blanket on the floor and it made me so sad!! We had such a good time. Aaron is getting so big and loves to laugh. We can't wait until we get to the beach and get to have him for a whole week. I think he already knows what to do for the camera. Kerri is training him well.
Danny doesn't like the camera as well as Aaron does. We're going to have to work on him. I think Danny had fun with Jacob, Joel and Eli. He got a lot of batting practice
in at the Morris Batting Cage.

Aaron like watching Eli play gameboy. In this picture he was wondering when his turn was!!
Eli was such a good helper. He made sure Aaron got his dinner.
Aaron getting ready to log in and play with his Webkinz, Skitch and Leon.
Aaron and Aunt Kelli and Jacob. Aaron was cracking up at Eli. (There is never a dull moment with these guys around.)

Lauren's Graduation Party!!

Yesterday we traveled to Beaver Creek, Ohio to celebrate my niece Lauren's high school graduation. As you can see from her "wall of fame", Lauren has been a very busy girl. She has made us all proud with her accomplishments and we expect more great things from her in the future. It was a beautiful day and we got to see a lot of friends and family. Lauren will be starting college in the fall and we wish her all our love and prayers. We missed Nathaniel as he is still in Iraq but the good news is he is under 100 days to go now. He will be home sometime in September.

This is my nephew Brian with Nathaniel's fiance Kim. She graduated Saturday from Wright University. We had a lot to celebrate this week-end. ( I know she is counting the days until Nathaniel comes home even more than we are)

Brian with his girl friend Erin. (Brian and Erin will be sophmores this fall at Marshall University)
Tim and Kiera. (My sweet little niece Kiera is going to make me a great aunt in August so I just had to show you how cute she is looking)
Lauren was always "Daddy's Little Girl". She could always talk him into just about anything!!
Lauren and her Mom . (My sister Sharlene really knows how to put on a party, two down and one to go - Micah graduates in 4 years!)

More Graduation Fun

Micah and Erin playing "Corn Hole". This game is really the rage in Ohio and the kids played it all day.
Brian, Kiera and Tim playing "Corn Hole". I don't know who was winning, but they were having a lot of fun.
My sister Darlene and her husband Bob and Kiera. Grandparents - in-waiting!!
